Pork shoulder, bock choy, canned tomatoes, garlic, beef soup base, ground allspice, and black pepper. I cooked chopped garlic in some oil, then added the canned tomatoes. I used a masher to break them up.
I chopped the bock choy, added it to the tomato sauce, along with some beef soup base, allspice, and black pepper. I cooked the mixture while gently stiring.
I diced and added the pork shoulder, along with some milk, feeling that the stew was too dry. I brought the mixture to a boil and then let it cook covered on a low setting for about 4 hours.
