Ice Cream
A very basic ice cream recipe. The quantities may be a little off. Remember to make sure your ice cream bucket is cold enough. Give it a couple of days in the freezer, or just always keep it there.
Ice Cream
500 milliliters of milk
500 milliliters of honey
250 milliliters of cream
1 spoon of vanilla extract

I poured the golden rod honey and 3.8% whole milk into a sauce pan.

I mixed them over medium heat, and allowed to cool in the fridge for a few hours.

I added the 45% old fashioned cream, and a bit of natural vanilla extract.

And poured the mixture into the ice cream maker.
