I added a few spoons of tilia honey to about half a litre of blackcurrant juice, warming it over medium heat until the honey was disolved. I then placed the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.

I added milk, vanilla and almond essence, mixed and poured everything into my ice-cream maker.
