I made a syrop by bringing some blackcurrant juice, apple juice, and tilia honey to a simmer, while whisking.
I waited for the mixture to cool, then added milk, cream, and some vanilla extract. I whisked everything together, then placed the bowl in the fridge for a few hours.
I poured the final mixture into my ice cream maker. When it was ready, I transfered it to a plastic container, and stored it in the freezer as soon as possible.
